Welcome to our community. Whether you’re visiting friends, enjoying tennis, or passing through to hike the Wiliwilinui Ridge Trail, we’re glad you’re here and hope the information below helps make your visit easy and enjoyable.
Guests & Visitors
Access to the community is controlled through a staffed gate entrance to ensure privacy and safety for residents.

Guests (individuals invited by a resident or those attending scheduled lessons at the community courts) must check in with the gate attendant and provide the name and address of the resident or instructor they are visiting.

Visitors, including licensed real estate agents and individuals attending Sunday open houses, are also required to register at the gate and identify the property they are touring before being granted entry. All entrants may be asked to present valid identification and comply with community access procedures.

Hikers are welcome to enter the community to access the Wiliwilinui Ridge Trail. See this page for additional details.
The parking lot next to the pavilion is for residents only. Court guests, please park on the street (except in areas marked with “No Parking” signs or red-painted curbs).
Contractors
All contractors and professional yard service workers must check in at the gate between the hours of 7am and 5pm, Monday through Saturday. Workers are not allowed into the community outside of these hours.
In the interest of maintaining a quiet neighborhood, professional services are restricted to weekdays and Saturdays. Work by contractors and yard service workers is not permitted on Sundays or observed holidays.
