A Breathtaking View Awaits

Wiliwilinui Ridge Trail is a popular ridge hike in East Honolulu offering some of the most expansive panoramic views on OÊ»ahu. Accessed at the end of Okoa Street within Waialae Iki 5, the trail climbs steadily along a scenic ridgeline to a summit overlooking Diamond Head, WaikÄ«kÄ«, and the island’s windward coast. The hike is about 4.5 miles round-trip and  is considered moderate to challenging. It is best suited for active hikers who are comfortable with uphill terrain and occasional muddy or uneven sections. With lush forest segments, cooling trade winds, and dramatic summit vistas, Wiliwilinui Ridge Trail is a rewarding half-day adventure for those seeking both a workout and unforgettable scenery.
